摘要:通过加入虚拟传感器建立单相全桥逆变器的诊断键合图模型,根据诊断键合图模型的因果路径构建解析冗余关系和故障特征矩阵,利用逆变器正常与故障运行时的观测特征进行故障检测和隔离。仿真结果验证了基于键合图模型构建解析冗余关系的故障诊断方法的有效性和正确性。
关键词:单相全桥逆变器;故障诊断;键合图;解析冗余 Abstract: Diagnosis bond graph model of the singlephase full bridge inverter was built by adding virtual sensors, the Analytical Redundancy Relations(ARRs) and Fault Signature Matrix(FSM) were established according to the causal path of the diagnosis bond graph model, the fault was detected and isolated by observing the operational characteristics of inverter in normal and fault conditions. The simulation results prove that the fault diagnosis method of analytical redundancy relations based on the bond graph model is effective and correct.
